As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 17 years of experience, Glenda works with adults, children, couples and families to find positive solutions to addiction, anxiety, depression, stress and personal relationships issues.

Trained in a variety of techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy and family systems therapy, Glenda is highly qualified to provide the right strategies for you.
