About Me

Trained in a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I am highly qualified to provide the right strategies for you. What makes the most difference is my ability to connect with clients. I am warm, caring and deeply attuned to each person’s unique needs. Meaningful conversations can change your world, so having someone truly listen provides hope. I listen thoughtfully, ask the right questions, stay curious and assist in figuring out solutions.

As a married mother of three and the daughter of aging parents, I understand how hard it is to juggle family life with career responsibilities. You may feel alone and stressed out trying to do it all. We all feel out of control at times. It’s normal. But if you’re ready for change, break unhealthy relationship patterns, and seek to restore balance, then I can help.

I am passionate about learning different methods and tools to better guide patients to a positive and healthier life, and continue to add to my list of credentials.
