You deserve to feel stable and secure in your life, but reaching out for the first time is tough. Taking action with the right support can lead to impactful life changes. Through our conversations, you will discover how to change old habits that aren’t working for you anymore and new ways to improve relationships with people close to you. Change can be scary. With compassion, clinical knowledge, and authenticity, I will help you increase awareness to move forward in a healthier direction.

At certain points in our lives, for reasons sometimes unknown to us, our thoughts, feelings, and behavioural patterns and actions prevent us from connecting to others and to ourselves. Our inability to meaningfully relate to others causes pain, sadness, self-doubt, shame, guilt, confusion, frustration, loneliness and anxiety. I will help you effectively deal with those difficult feelings and relate more authentically to those around you.

The art of Self-compassion is important. It is empowering to be on good terms with yourself.
